How our Firm works for you
Andrea Parisi has been a sole practitioner in Lamezia Terme, Calabria since 2002 and is proud to have several trustworthy professionals join him as paralegal. Our firm practices primarily in the area of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, national income tax planning, business formations and dissolutions, divorce litigation support and car accident injury, both in Lamezia Terme (Calabria) and in London.
As a prospective client, your first contact will likely be either in person or by telephone (or email) in order to collect basic information and prioritize emergency situations. We are not tied to a bureaucratic corporate culture: Access to our partners is direct. You won't be passed off to the junior lawyer.
We listen to what your immediate and long-term plans are for Italy. Then we advise as to whether to establish as a resident company , a branch, or a nonresident company. You will discover the advantages of using a single provider for all your business needs in Italy. We are aware that many of our clients face language and cultural issues when setting up their business in Italy. That's why our Firm is built around filling all your needs in your language: accounting, payroll, tax advice, VAT registration, immigration, residency application and of course, legal work.
Finally, Mr. Parisi will meet with you to go over your options and explain how the proposed plan meets your goals. Upon your approval, the documents will then be executed.
Today, one of the Firm’s priorities is the continuous enhancement and update of its professionals’ skills in the matter of business law, international trade and corporate counseling.
Over time, the Firm has established durable and close relations with other independent professionals, who either are recognized experts in neighboring areas of practice or operate in foreign countries.
Our billing policies
Your initial consultation will be without charge in order to determine whether or not we will be able to assist you with your situation. We charge hourly for services rendered on your case. It is not our policy to charge additional costs such as photocopying or facsimiles, unless an extraordinary number are required.
Retainers are required for all matters, depending upon the complexity or issues involved. If upon mutual agreement we take your case, we will discuss recommended courses of action and an estimate of the costs involved. Costs or exact legal fees cannot be generalized, but we will discuss frankly our fee structure and payment policies.
